At Unleash Adventure we know that pets are a big part of any family and many of us would love to have them included in our special day. Well now you can! Although our wedding packages are mainly aimed at dogs we do cater to all pets including dogs, cats, rabbits and even reptiles so please don’t hesitate to make any special requests. All packages will include transport of your pets, their food, favourite treats, toys and anything else they may need to make sure they’re as comfortable as can be at your chosen venue.
Below we have a range of our standard wedding chaperone packages but are happy to provide a bespoke service upon request!
Photo Shoot Only Package – £150.00
Initial Consultation to include a meet and greet with your family pet.
Safe transport to wedding venue(s)
Coordinate with photographer during one photo session (either ceremony or reception).
Transport your pet to your home or chosen pet care provider upon completion of photo shoot.
Ensure feeding and comfort needs are attended to before services come to an end.
Bronze Package – £275.00
Initial Consultation to include a meet and greet with your family pet.
Safe transport to wedding venue(s).
30 minute walk to ease any excess energy prior to the wedding.
Quick brush and tidy up.
Time to accessorise! Choice of bow tie, flower or bandana.
Arrive at your chosen venue 30 minutes before the wedding commences.
Meet and greet your guests whilst awaiting the bridal party arrival.
All chaperoning duties as previously agreed.
Coordinate with the photographer to assist with the ceremony and reception wedding photo shoots.
Enable comfort breaks at various points throughout the day.
Transport your pet to your home or chosen pet care provider upon completion of duties.
Ensure feeding and comfort needs are attended to before services come to an end.
Silver Package – £375.00
Initial Consultation to include a meet and greet with your family pet.
One 30 minute “get to know you” walk.
Dress rehearsal to ensure a smooth run on the day.
30 Minute Walk to ease any excess energy prior to the wedding.
Visit to grooming salon of your choosing for bath brush and blow dry.
Time to get dressed! We can make sure your pet suits up in a pre-chosen outfit or have your choice of bow tie, flower or bandana.
Safe transport to arrive at your chosen venue(s) 30 minutes before the wedding commences.
Meet and greet your guests whilst awaiting the bridal party arrival.
All chaperoning duties as previously agreed.
Coordinate with the photographer to assist with the ceremony and reception wedding photo shoots.
Enable comfort breaks at various points throughout the day.
Transport your pet to your home or chosen pet care provider upon completion of duties.
Ensure feeding and comfort needs are attended to before services come to an end.
Gold Package – £475.00
Initial Consultation to include a meet and greet with your family pet.
One 60 minute “get to know you” walk.
Dress rehearsal to ensure a smooth run on the day.
60 minute walk to ease any excess energy prior to the wedding.
Visit to grooming salon of your choosing for a deluxe pamper session.
Time to get dressed! We can make sure your pet suits up in a pre-chosen outfit or have your choice of bow tie, flower or bandana.
Safe transport to arrive at your chosen venue(s) 30 minutes before the wedding commences.
Meet and greet your guests whilst awaiting the bridal party arrival.
All chaperoning duties as previously agreed.
Coordinate with the photographer to assist with the home, ceremony and reception wedding photo shoots.
Enable comfort breaks at various points throughout the day.
Arrange overnight accommodation with a pre-agreed home boarder or boarding kennel for either the night before or of the wedding.
Transport your pet to your chosen pet care provider upon completion of duties.
Ensure feeding and comfort needs are attended to before services come to an end.
A commemorative doggy bandana to mark the occasion.
Additional Charges
Mileage
All package prices include mileage up to a 20 mile journey from the centre of Newport, Wales. Any additional mileage and travel time in excess of 20 miles will be charged in addition to your package price. Mileage will be charged at a rate of 0.45p a mile.
Extra Pets
Should you wish to include more than one pet on your wedding day this cost can be discussed at your initial consultation and will be dependent upon your choice of package.
Payment Terms
A 25% non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. The remainder of your balance must be paid 30 days prior to your wedding day.
